1. Do I need an account to place an order?

3. I forgot my password. What should I do?

Manage Deliveries FAQs

1. How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within Canada usually takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.

2. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may request an address change. Changes are not guaranteed once the order is processed.

3. What if I’m not available during delivery?
If you’re unavailable, the carrier may leave a pickup slip or attempt re-delivery depending on their policy.

4. Do you offer international delivery?

3. I received the wrong item. What should I do?

4. My order is delayed. What should I do?

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
